Hannah Weir

Hannah joins Care City as our first Evaluation and Innovation Officer. She works to support the development and delivery of evaluations that serve our work, and ensure that the impact’s experienced as most meaningful by those our projects serve are captured and communicated.

Hannah has worked across academic, educational, and charity settings, with varied experience of stakeholder engagement and particular interest in mental health. Prior to joining Care City,  she was part of a research team exploring community interventions for individuals with mental health challenges. 

She is passionate about taking a holistic approach to health equity, and believes that meaningful change in communities needs to consider people, place and systems.
