We’re challenging the status quo—driving bold innovation, community-led change, and harnessing technology to fix a broken health and care system. But we can’t do this alone. We need brilliant minds, passionate changemakers, and big thinkers to join our team.
We’re not recruiting for set roles. Instead, we’re looking for people with the right skills, experience, and energy to help answer some of the most critical questions in health and care:
- How do we empower people to shape the services they rely on?
- How do we harness digital, AI, and data to improve care and support the workforce?
- How do we build a thriving, skilled, and valued social care sector?
We think this could look like three different roles:
- Someone who can manage the rhythms of projects and keep teams focussed, support change, and communicate the story of the work. Someone who is comfortable managing delivery across multidisciplinary teams and enjoys getting things implemented. (£40-50K)
- Someone who cares about people’s strengths and needs and will bring design led approaches and creativity to challenges and develop innovative new solutions to problems in health and social care, using experience of complex service design and public service reform. (£50-60K)
- Someone who can hold a portfolio of varied senior relationships with our partners, developing existing and new relationships into new work, oversee and bring together various complex programmes of work, and motivate and inspire multidisciplinary teams. (£60-70K)

Bonus points if you’re comfortable with a surprisingly high level of animal chat during team meetings (currently dog-heavy, but we’re open to diversity)!
